Javier took my initial call and spent easily an hour and some listening to the details of my impending case. He did this without a hard-sell to hire him, was willing to talk to the cops for me, and put me at ease instantly. After having such a positive first impression of him on this call, I hired him. During the entire time—which was a waiting game with the courts—he proved himself to be patient, clear and honest, direct and encouraging, and in the end a success. Definitely the best DUI attorney you can go to, no matter what you're situation is, may it be a misdemeanour or aggravated offence, Nan will always find a way out in a structured and methodical manner. I am a current international student (under F1 visa), got into a DUI situation recently(with an alcohol reading of 0.11). I had no idea what to do as I had to deal with the Visa revocation as well. The only option I had was to contact an attorney who could help me out. Nan was the first person I contacted and the response was immediate. I set up an appointment with her and got to explain my situation. After hearing me out she actually didn't promise me anything as my Visa was a fragile one for DUI cases. I was arrested for my third DUI in April 2017. I called Nan to help me out. I was facing more than 120 days in jail because I had an accident and was still on probation from my second DUI. Nan took care of everything for me....I was so scared and she got me through this ordeal. I didn't do any jail time. I have to do WWP days and pay fines but I asked her to keep me out of jail and she did. She is a phenomenal attorney and an amazing person. She gets the job done and doesn't mess around. She's a straight shooter and right to the point. Nan is the one you want fighting for you. Hopefully, I'll never need her assistance again....but I wouldn't hesitate to call her if I ever did.
