Very professional

Sometimes we meet people for a reason, I know why I met Albie and Josh years ago before I moved away. 10 years later we had need for a lawyer, no longer lived in the area and had no idea if anyone could or would take on the case. We contacted several lawyers who came up first on an internet search and who's web page indicated they handled such cases. Three of them never returned our calls, one told me they would have to charge an extremely unreasonable amount, close to $50 thousand and didn't exactly sound confident about getting the wrong set right, another told me it was impossible. Then I ran across the name I had remembered from way back, Jachimowicz Law, they practiced in the jurisdiction we needed, their website showed their broad range of expertise, and I knew then that they would be the ones to be able to correct the wrong done. I contacted Albie for a consultation and was referred to Josh as this was his area of expertise. Since we were many hours away from the area, Josh met with us on a ZOOM meeting, explained the process he would be attempting and what to expect. Josh succeeded in doing what he said he would at a fee that we could not possibly pass up. That was step 1. Step 2 is coming up, probably could handle it ourselves but have no intention of doing so, we want it done right. Thank you so much Albie, Josh and Tanya. Your efforts have set something very beautiful and long deserved in motion.

Highly recommend Josh for his professional legal advice. He handled my legal case by giving me 100% confidence in the outcome of the legal procedure. When I needed a Lawyer I was looking for online and called every office, but most of the time it was hard to get connected to a lawyer and discuss the legal situation. Let me start by saying unfortunately I’ve had experiences with lawyers a few times in my life. During these stressful and expensive times it’s hard knowing what your getting yourself into or who can really trust to look out for your best interest. When I came to Albie I had a serious situation I was dealing with and I really was uncomfortable trusting lawyers from past experiences. Right from the beginning I could tell this was different. He was upfront with everything, communication was excellent and most of all I got the feeling that him and his staff really actually cared about the outcome of our case. His connections in the court room are obvious, he’s respected in his co-workers and peers. I’m not the type of person that writes reviews but I felt it was the least I could to after the service I received from this law firm.
