Experience and a full and responsive staff but what is really noteworthy is at the end I have to say they went the "extra mile" for me. I highly recommend !

James McKiernan is simply a great lawyer. He 1st represented me in 1991 when a customer was trying to sue my business, we won handily. Every couple of years since then I would need a lawyer and James was always there for me & he always won. Its now 2020 and he still is my lawyer and we just won another case!! I strongly recommend James McKiernan for ANY legal matter.

I was rear ended by a drunk driver a few days before Christmas. My car was totaled and I was pretty sore. Not to mention freaked out to drive at night. After a lot of frustrations dealing with insurance & delayed police reports due to it being a dui & me being a victim , someone suggested this firm. All I wanted was to get some information & the process to my recovery moving. Immediately when I walked into Robert Bell’s office, I knew I was in good hands. Reviewed transcripts to 3 different hearings, in which James McKiernan represented his client with tenacity and skill, presenting concise legal arguments, with proper use of supporting authorities, both in precedent case law as well as controlling California Code.
