If you are looking for an amazing team, LOOK NO FURTHER! My attorney Caleb was amazing with a car accident that happened in Texas while I was on vacation with my parents. Our vacation was ruined and we had no idea what to do. When we arrived back home, our chiropractor in Templeton, Dr. Don referred us to Caleb at James McKiernan Lawyers. Caleb was very attentive with any questions I had through phone or email. He personally responded to every question I had. I was surprised and left speechless with how my settlement was taken care of and settled. John Hayes guided me through the process of my claim that ended up in the mediation. He was very knowledgeable and well versed in his craft. John was able to answer my questions. He also left no doubt that I had been treated fairly. The resolution of my claim was very satisfactory.
