While I typically don’t write reviews, in this case I thought it extremely important because the service I received was so much more impressive than I could ever have imagined! Not only did Caleb Anthony and his team (Claire, Ana, Oscar, etc.) take the time to educate me on the process, the required materials and what to ultimately expect - they genuinely cared enough to treat me with a degree of respect I feel is all too often ignored these days! They answered my questions (which I’m sure were annoying), were responsive via phone/email/text at MY convenience (including weekends and after hours) and were candid, honest and thorough in their responses! MORE importantly, they made a very complicated process EASY and never complained about my incessant inquiries and clarification requests - an aspect that was a HUGE relief to me and something I will not soon forget! The ultimate resolution was BEYOND what they promised and what I was expecting and they handled even the most difficult aspects of my case with speed and grace! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would and while I hope never to NEED their assistance again, I have already referred my friends and family to the firm, based upon the extraordinarily superior service and result I received!
