Amir helped us do an estate plan. We are very impressed by his customer service — he understood our requests quickly & accurately, was easy to talk to and clearly knows his stuff. He is great at explaining things quickly and clearly in layman’s terms, especially for us first timers. The whole plan had a very quick turnaround (we needed it done quite fast) yet with great attention to detail. He was flexible according to our needs and patiently made a few changes to the original documents even in the last minute. We also appreciated his tech-savviness in meeting us over Zoom during Covid-19 and sharing documents online. Our financial advisor who double-checked his work for us said he couldn’t find any mistakes which he says is very rare. In person he was warm and personable and easy to work with. Overall it felt throughout like we were in knowledgable experienced hands and the whole experience was very hassle-free. We would strongly recommend him to anyone needing estate planning services in the Bay Area!

Amir did a great job helping us with our estate planning. The thought of tackling this task had stressed me out for years until I finally found Amir to help us out. He took us through everything we needed to know step-by-step, ready for all of our questions. He gave us examples of scenarios to help us make difficult decisions. He was patient as we took our time, though I also really appreciated his reminders and gentle encouragement to keep moving forward. I highly recommend him for estate planning!

We were connected with Amir through my company's relationship with LegalEASE, as we were looking to have a trust created. Throughout the entire process, Amir was professional and punctual. He always followed up with us even when we were slow to respond. During the consultation, my wife and I were able to get clarification on several aspects of the trust and Amir provided us with a number of things to consider in making the decisions that worked best for us. Given COVID-19, we weren't sure if we'd be able to meet in person to sign the necessary paperwork but Amir put us at ease. He had a mask, pens that had been sanitized, and an office space for us to sit and talk through what we were signing. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Amir and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for the services of an Estate Planning Attorney.

I was referred to Amir by Legal Ease for estate planning purposes, which is the service he specializes in to my understanding. His level of service was absolutely outstanding. The things that stand out specifically are: Response & turn-around time: Without fail, Amir responded to emails and adhoc questions within 24 hours, but more often within a few hours. He clearly communicated action items for me, why those actions were needed, and what the ramifications were. When the time comes for him to generate documents, he gave timeline expectations ahead of time. Patience: Even though Amir turned things around exceptionally fast, he was patient with me if things took a few days. Life is busy :) Work product: The final work product was absolutely outstanding. A complete hardcover binder and USB drive with digital copies.

Rabin is not the choice of lawyer for your case, he doesn’t return phone calls, he makes promises he can’t make, and overall is a bit pretentious. Go elsewhere your in much better hands than with summit defense. Believe me you’ll thank me later.
