I was referred to Amir via Legal Ease when I asked for some help re-writing our trust and other estate dos. It was a great experience. I got a whale of a speeding ticket on the 101 in Marin County and was horrified by what the outcomes would have been if I tried to fight it on my little lonesome! I contacted Mr. Stanko's office for help and I received an immediate response, an exceptionally reasonable fee agreement, and simply outstanding client communication. When I decided that declaring bankruptcy was probably the only option for me, I interviewed several attorneys. Cate Eranthe not only got back to me right away, but she was very forthcoming with information even during the free consult, and discussed the bankruptcy in a way that made me feel much more comfortable with a difficult decision. I'm so glad I chose her! Throughout the process she was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and her kindness and empathy helped me to stay calm in what was a very stressful situation. This was something I never imagined I would have to deal with, but she helped me to get through it while minimizing my feelings of shame (something I think most of us having to declare bankruptcy experience), and has given me hope for regaining my financial standing in the future.

After a few consultations with different firms I met with Rabin from summit defense. I could tell right away that he was an experienced lawyer and straight up with my chances. He was able to get my case dismissed and I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need legal representation.

Highly appreciate Summit for the help, But personally Id like to appreciate Rabin. Rabin has helped me through all the serious difficult situations and helped me through every obstacle in recovering. Through this particular situation, Rabin has always been professional and presice. Aside I got to learn a little bit about Rabin and that made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable with who was representing me. I can see he is well experienced, Straight forward, very confident, performes far beyond than expected, a great individual, a caring father & loving husband to his wife.
