I cannot say enough about the attorneys at Summit Defense. I contacted their San Rafael office last January after having been charged with a DUI. I had never been in a situation like this and I was intimidated not only by the charges that I was facing and the potential outcome, but also by the prospect of finding an attorney who I could trust to help me with this matter. After doing some research and consulting with a couple of friends I called summit and made contact with Colin Moore.He was extremely friendly and gracious and immediately set up appointment for me to come in and discuss my case. When I came in I met with Colin and Rabin, one of the other senior attorneys with Summit. We discussed my options and the potential outcomes and I left feeling as though I was in good hands. Colin and Rabin kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and were always very generous with their time, meeting with me when there was things that needed to be discussed and always taking my calls. Randy Warren is by far the best lawyer I have ever hired. He made sure he walked me through every step, and also was very up front about the cost.
