James is an outstanding estate planning lawyer who listens intently to a client before structuring a bespoke plan. The process started with a series of interviews to understand our requirements, followed by several review sessions to confirm that the trust documents accurately reflect our needs. After document generation and signatures, the follow-up actions were also precisely time-lined. His legal fees are quite reasonable for the quality of work. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his service to others.

We wanted to review and update our Trust document that was over 10 years old. After some reseach we selected Attorney James Stein. James is knowledgeable as well as personable in our interactions. He covered Trust options and answered all of our questions. The final product included a large binder as well as a thumb drive with all of the Trust documentation. Take the time to contact James if you want to create or update a Family Trust.

James was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He made the process of updating my mother's trust very easy (almost painless), walking us through each decision and step and giving us detailed instructions for follow up. He did such a great job, after completing my mother's trust, he helped both my brother and my sister update and set up their family trusts. I would highly recommend him.

I was able to use Atty. James' services for my estate planning. He was very patient in answering all my queries. He is also very knowledgeable and is so keen in making sure that my living trust be well executed and that my loved ones will be headache-free if ever I pass. He cares about his clients and even after the estate planning has been done, Atty James even warned me about possible scammers that might send me mails and asking for money. I am so glad I was able to work with him. Such a compassionate guy! I definitely commend him to do your estate planning!

James Stein law offices did a wonderful job completing our trust. James gave us guidelines on how to gather the information needed and the trust came together without too much effort on our part. The finished trust is in a beautiful organized binder with a memory stick for saving it online as well. He is very personable and professional and we highly recommend him.

James is very thorough and professional. We needed a living trust set up and he made sure everything was covered. He came to our home to go over everything and is even a notary to sign our documents. We received a large binder with numerous tabs so every section is easy to find. We highly recommend James Stein!

JD Stein is an excellent and flexible estate planning attorney. I engaged his services to reinstate my living trust a third time so I had prior experience with other practicing estate planning attorneys. My reinstatement required considerable customization. JD Stein was both knowledgeable and patient as my estate plan was not a cookie cutter plan. I intend to engage his services in the future which is very high praise. I had a lot of detail questions, much more than the typical client and JD Stein took the time (his time was compensated) to answer.
