Many issues are very involved and tricky. They represented me or directed me in the right direction to minimize or eliminate possible lengthy litigation.

I contacted Katrin Cusack for help with a small, but important to me, car accident, personal-injury case. Ms. Cusack helped me sort out the process of making a settlement with the at-fault driver's insurance company. She made everything clear and precise and I was able to follow her guidance to a a satisfactory conclusion. But the case wasn't finished. I was still under pressure to pay back a significant sum for medical bills incurred with the first insurance company (that of my friend, the driver of the car hit by the at-fault driver, who left the scene of the accident).
