Ali and his team are great. They helped me with all the document review with a dental practice purchase and lease negotiations. They are prompt and very tentative. I used Dental and Medical Counsel to review a new lease contract I was about to enter into for the establishment of a new veterinary office. I mainly communicated with Ali Oromchian and found him to be very friendly and approachable. As a whole, I felt like the team took their work seriously, and I never felt neglected nor undervalued.
