Jen is a truly caring person. I contacted her after I was cold called with information about an 8 year old settled bill. I was threatened with court, fraud and intimidation. She responded to me immediately and took care of it in a matter of minutes. It was a scam but real enough to keep me up for a night. Defiantly she's the one to call!
