After receiving the award and assuming my case was over, Silberman & Lam notified me that I might be eligible for more benefits through the SIBTF program. Although it did take some time to go through the process, I eventually received a check for over $240,000.00 for benefits going back to 2018. I now receive a check for over $2,100.00 every 2 weeks, and will receive this benefit for the rest of my life. First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

Mr. Scott Silberman is an excellent lawyer in workers' compensation and SIBTF cases. He helped me when I needed him the most, he was very patient with my calls, and referrals to the doctors. For anyone who needs an attorney that will genuinely cares and will truly be your advocate, Scott and Christine are absolutely incredible. My case has finally come to a conclusion after a decade of fighting. That said, this team took on my case after I had to fire not one, but TWO previous attorneys.
