very happy the way Scott explained to me about out come of my case. he defiantly take your side all the way to the end.

We didn't speak with Scott Silberman, we spoke to the Hearing Rep, Sergio Tellez. We went for a consult for my husband's work comp case/settlement as they were, (surprise), giving us the run around. Sergio listened to everything, explained a lot of things and we left feeling very confident that we are leaving things in very capable hands.

I was in a Workers Comp situation and my employer was not being fair. Reducing my hours, giving me undesirable tasks, he even claimed I quit! I worked at the same company for 23 years and slipped on something in our factory that should not have been there. Both my employer and their insurance company insisted it was my fault and even after so many years with them were only going to pay me another 2 month's wages and let me go because I was "pushing retirement anyways and new employees were cheaper to hire." (although they claimed they said nothing like that) What they didn't say, but was obvious to everyone, was that with my injury I could no longer do the job I used to do. I could not be happier that I wen to Silberman & Lam to take care of my case for workmans comp. They fought hard to get me everything I needed for my injury. While some things took a long time to ge done they did not give up and encouraged me not to give up either. We had to go to court many times to get various medical treatments approved and they were always successful. We recently settled my case for more than I expected.
