I'm not sure what type of a consultation is that when a lady from the office just call you to give you vague answers of options that there's no guarantee for not being sued but then you might get sued with the creditor but they might settle but they might not even settle because they might not choose to settle or we don't know what your payment is but even if you settle with us and we notify them they can still have the right to sue you and then you will get sued and you will pay additional fees from our flat fee then you end up paying the full amount you owed additional to lawyer fees and you're involved in a lawsuit so I don't think this is a good option and I don't think it's good to go with this law firm period. Unless an ideal situation of your creditor not bothering to sue you, and they immediately settle for a very minimum amount, plus the plat fees, and you don't get sued -- while you must probably will get sued, then there would be no point to settle with debt validation options, just settle with your own bank. Wells Fargo is a very well-known creditor and they should anticipate what could happen that's why you're going for consultation otherwise I've already known that we don't know if I might be sued and maybe not and that I'm going to have to pay additional fees that is a joke. I'm glad at least I've been asking around ans researching.

Great overall experience with this Law Firm. They helped settle my case and made it easy for me to go through a process like this. April Bayonne and Alma Zendejas did an excellent job communicating with me throughout and guide me on what needed to be done! I highly recommend them and this firm to anyone!

This company gave me a 2nd chance of life Diana Chavez and her team did an awesome job I got sued by bank of america $11,000 I paid at least $8,000 at first everything will stop but NO the debt collector made another renewal and asking more money $8,000 that is when I decide to look for a lawyer will defend me I’m glad I found this company now I am a debt FREE I highly recommend this law firm
