Stellar lawfirm to work with. I thought I was out of luck since I forgot to file an "answer" within a 30 day period, but the firm assured me that they would be able to help me out. Dealing with unscrupulous debt collectors can be a hassle, but this firm has made the process transparent and smooth and eventually got my lawsuit dismissed before we even had to go to court. Everyone I talked to at Fitzgerald & Campbell, from the first contact person on down was understanding of my situation and very professional and kind. I ended up saving a substantial chunk of what I owed and the process that they use to keep you updated is helpful, and you have an open two way communication with the group you are working with. I would say “would use again” but hopefully I never find myself in a sticky situation like that again by my own doing :)

If you are in debt, receiving collection calls, etc. Fitzgerald & Campbell will help you get out of it! I was so embarrassed and nervous from the situation I got in with a car dealership and their financing corporation. F&C was able to totally resolve the case and I owe nothing! They are all very friendly, helpful and communicative. I'm not usually into writing reviews, but with F&C exceptional law firm, I hope this review can help someone with similar circumstances.

Fitzgerald & Campbell helped me knock down the amount that I was due to pay and they saved me 50% of what I was supposed to pay! They are always attentive and helpful. I am very grateful for their services. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs help with their student loans.

The Defense Team were friendly and motivated on working on the case I was trying to open with them. However, after finding out great news that I was no longer going to need such services, I was unnecessarily charged an extra monthly amount for not requesting to get the services canceled 4 days sooner than the billing cycle due date. Prior to this billing, I uploaded a statement from the hospital clearly indicating that I no longer owed the amount being charged. However, I was notified by the attorney assigned to me to continue on with the case regardless. Personally calling the hospital's billing department to confirm no case needed to be made had me realize that the attorney was incorrect in advising me to continue on with the case, of which made me question whether the attorney read the written statement of a net zero balance to its full extent. The sudden dismissal of my case manager also did not help with the process of having an organized procedure towards cancellation. It would be beneficial for the billing team to be more considerate of their terms of service to account for mishaps that were not of fault of my own.
