I'm a Creditor in a Bankruptcy Case against a tenant who was evicted for "hiding behind Covid" and not paying his rent for 7 months. I received a judgement against him. He then filed for bankruptcy just so he wouldn't have to pay me. He lied on his bankruptcy so I was jacked up that I could squash his bankruptcy petition. I called Michael out of the blue and he graciously spent 30 minutes of his valuable time on the phone with me, explaining what I could do and about the law regarding it.
