Just as advertised. I called with a question that required an expert answer, someone with experience and he promptly answered my call. He spent time listening, asked me questions to clarify and gave me good advice. He provided the free advice, just as his website offers, after speaking with him we determined that the best course of action did not require me to hire him. I appreciated his honesty and would certainly hire him if my needs changed.
