Fathers need more attorney's like Wail Sarieh @ Sarieh Law Offices. After dealing with 2 other law firms in my extensive difficult custody battle (Yanez & Assoc / Thomas B Conner), I learned after substituting attorney's to Sarieh Law, that I had wasted my valuable time and money to get a fair opportunity in front of the judge. Wail not only explained in detail what to expect, but showed his extreme passion for what he does at every representation in court. The legal knowledge he pertains, the advantage of who he knows in and out of the courtroom's and professionalism on how he delivers/counters other attorney's gimmicks/tricks of the trade, put's Wail above and beyond any other Law Office I have ever worked with in orange county. Hats off to the team as well who helped prepare the case, as well as being there when I needed them the most. I hired Wail on 2020. He decided to settled with opposed cousel outside the court, on my spousal support. That was lower that we agreed on papers and manipulated and pressed me for signing or he would withdraw. I could not find any sign of honesty, loyalty or integrity in Mr. Sarieh at all. Hope you think Twice about hiring this person for your family case.

It was a VERY complex case with many moving parts and a lot at stake. Wail was patient and DID THE WORK. Marlene (Hi Marlene!) and his paralegal team worked like a well-oiled machine, leaving no stone unturned. He was empathetic, humane and understanding. He made his money, as lawyers do, but at no point did I feel, that I and my children were just a dollar sign him. Wail cares and that no something you can say about most attorneys. He was aware of my financial constraints and was able to advise me strategically on the path that would yield the best results while doing least damage financially. The attorneys at Blake and Ayaz helped me and my family through a very tough time and got the most amazing results for us. I cant say enough about mike and sean and their amazing staff and would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney.

I needed custody modifications for years, and I tried for years to get my ex-wife to agree to custody changes without legal assistance. Finally, I hired Wail Sarieh and I wish I had hired him years ago. It took 9 months to get the custody modifications, which included changing for LA to OC courthouse, several court hearings, and finally the results of getting 90% of the custody changes needed. As always everyone is better off if you can settle out of court, and if you can't Wail is a great option.
