I found Rachel through this site and contacted her based on the reviews I found here. We needed someone to help our son, a student, work through the system to find the best possible outcome to some false ID charges (I know, right?). Rachel laid out all of our options, told us exactly what we needed to do on our end, and handled all the communications for us at a very reasonable rate. I would absolutely recommend her. For you. Or your kid.

As a worried parent, I was in search of legal counsel after my underage son was ticketed for alcohol related charges while away at college. Not being local, I contacted several attorneys by phone regarding the case and was most impressed with Rachel. She promptly returned my initial call and took the time to hear about the case (even though she was on vacation at the time). She is an excellent communicator and took the time to advise us with care and thoughtfulness as to the best course of action. Because of her effort we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and her fee was beyond fair for the services performed. She was intelligent, hardworking and not once did we feel lost or overwhelmed. I hope I never have to be involved in any legal disputes again, but I do know that if I do find myself there again, I know exactly where to go. Thank you so much for all your hard work Rachel!

Rachel Eeles was a fantastic choice. Out of the many lawyers I contacted, she proved to be the most eloquent, respectful, realistic, and thoroughly invested in my case. She showed great professionalism throughout the duration of the case and stayed in constant contact with me to keep me informed of how it was all progressing. Finally, she offered me by far the fairest price for her services, allowing me to pay by the hour instead of the flat rate service that was offered me by the other lawyers I contacted (which as it turns out, would have been a gross over-payment). I'm very grateful for her help and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Bill was amazing in assisting my partner and I with a serious legal problem(Felony) in Santa Barbara area. He was extraordinarily patient with me and made him self available even on his days off when his office was closed. I don't live in the area but he made it possible for us to meet and/or communicate via email, text, phone. I appreciated his flexibility to maintain open communication of the case. He showed me he sincerely cares for people and not just the money. He did what no other attorney would before even being signed on and payed: He offered to visit my partner in court and discuss a possible defense! My partner described him like 007 walking in to the court the first time... has a bit of Clark Kent meshed in with 007 lol. Like a true 007 Bill said he would fight for him and he did fight! My partner served 1 year in county and then was released. If it had not been for Bill he could have been in jail for 8+ years maybe even life. He not only free my partner but reunited a family and brought him home to our daughter. I can honestly say Bill is the best choice for representation in legal matters in the Santa Barbara area, I highly recommend him.

I was lucky I contacted Rachel. I got to see Rachel at work -- she read an endless amount of documents and sorted through very complex details for me. I actually have never written a review on anything, but I am doing this because i wish I had read this before selecting an attorney for my DUI case. All Makler's reviews painted home out to be this Dui law efficienado. That wasnt the case for me. He, beyond being rude as hell and completely condescending, was completely relying on his relationship with the DA and the judge ( who didnt seem to like him more than myself), rather than having an actual gumption of the Ca or DMV law. Save yourself and please look elsewhere if you think you have a case. Otherwise Bill is your guy and you may as well plead guilty now.
