I purchased a Suze Orman will and trust kit several years ago. In the photo shows the golden suitcase on the left that was part of the purchase. I attempted to get through the online questionnaire phase but, I wasn't able to complete it on my own. I tend to over-think everything and each online question triggered multiple questions of my own. I got stuck. I realized the do-it-yourself trust and will set-up would not work for us. I contacted Stefanie and my husband and I sat down with her to discuss our desire to get our paperwork in order and to set things up. The process was simple. All of our questions were answered and now we have the peace of mind that things are in order. At the end of the process we were given a binder with organized tabs for all of our documents as well as a thumb drive as shown on the right in the photo. I am glad we did not put this off any longer as time continues to march on as time does. I learned a lot in our time working together and this was a great investment. We are thankful for Stefanie, Samantha and the team for making the process simple and easy to understand.

Estate planning can be very tedious and painful but the process with the Montecito Law Group was quick, easy and efficient and we appreciated the personal attention! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I were long past due to get a living trust and will in place. Stefanie came highly recommended and it was immediately obvious how well she knew the ins and outs of this process. When my elderly mother recently had a serious medical emergency, she decided that she wanted to change her will. Stefanie came to the hospital to meet with her on her day off and revised her will that same day! My mom’s mind was put at ease knowing this was handled and I’m sure this helped in her recovery process. Stefanie was compassionate, gracious, responsive and professional throughout the process. Her fees were reasonable as well. She retains the original copies in her office and presents the client with a beautiful portfolio of copies (see photo) along with a thumb drive containing the digital versions.
