A dear friend introduced me to Stefanie Harrington after having her prepare a living trust and will for her. I made an appointment just to meet her and was so impressed I had her prepare my living trust and will. Stefani is extremely competent and ethical, two traits I find to be imperative in sharing so much personal information. I recommend that anyone who has the need for a trust/will prepared, meet with Stefanie (and her assistants, who are incredible as well) and will be more than satisfied with the documents she prepares. She listens, contemplates, and communicates so that the final product is exactly as you would want it. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We used Montecito Law Group to create a family trust. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and made the experience much easier than we imagined it could be. We should have done this years ago. We would definitely recommend this law group to anyone.

My aging parents requested our help with their banking and bill paying during some serious health issues. The bank wouldn't allow access without being listed in their trust. We reached out to Stefanie with an urgent need to change the trust. Stefanie found several items outdated and poorly written in the original trust. Her office and staff are warm and welcoming (as is she), and she deftly handled the "elephant in the room" and helped set my parents' minds at ease. She explained everything to me, a non legal understanding person, to get a Living Will in place, and a Trust set up for my home.
