Mike Mehr is our go to attorney for criminal post conviction relief for immigration purposes. He is extremely familiar with the negative immigration consequences of convictions and a plus is that he has a good working relationship with the district attorney for the Santa Clara County and can push through these motions quickly and efficiently.

Back in 2017 I was charged with 2 felonies.. I’m a lawful permanent, I was lucky to find mr mehr , he wrote the court a letter offering a plea deal so I wouldn’t get deported, and it worked the d.a reduced all my charges. I plead guilty to non deportable offenses Im really thankful if it wasn’t for mr Michael mehr who knows what would happened, if I could give this more than 5 stars I would 👏🏿👏🏿🙌🏿
