Excellent help

Dummy. He does not know the process and the documents required for it. Neither he can estimate the possible out comes of a case nor he has solutions for them .He actually does not know anything about immigration - He does not even try to understand what we are expecting from him. When I walked into his office I clearly set the expectation and asked whether he can help. But After paying out attorney fee he totally turned table and said "I donno" answer for every question asked.
