Worst firm I have ever hired! I think they reside in a different planet (maybe the sloth planet) where time is counted super differently from the earth. 1 month on their planet is one year on the earth. Probably they don't understand English either. It takes them 4-10 weeks to reply each single email because they need to learn each word from the beginning on every email before they could compose one response. The only way to have them reply you abnormally faster is telling them you want to terminate the service. And now if you think they will start responding you faster, you will end up with being stuck in a liar loop. My life plan was completely messed up by stupidtly trusting them. Be careful when you comsider hiring this law firm. How dare they still bragging about their "ability" of successful works. All are fake!

I hired them for my EB1 green card. They do not have right staff to help with something as complex as EB1 GC. They are not responsive in emails. They do not turn up in scheduled meetings.
Height of unprofessionalism - they did not send me the USCIS receipt notice which I am entitled to. I write to them every day - but I don't get any reply from them. Very very unprofessional. I am planning a complaint with USCIS for them.

We had over the call consultation. The person who was speaking wasn’t interested in the conversation at all. We felt we just lost 30 mins without any input. Terrible experience. Not moving further with them.

Results Matter.
I’ve been fortunate to be an Ingram’s client, working with their amazing team; Chris, Shirin, Kostas, Alicia, and Spenser. Thanks to their support and expertise, I got my EB-1 Green Card which makes me not only grateful for all their efforts but also hopefully credible enough to write this review.
Back in 2016, when I started researching for the best legal team, I’ve met with many lawyers across the US. Ingram was the only one who listened patiently, guided me step-by-step through out the process, even through RFE (Request for Further Evidence by USCIS) and they got results, not only winning my case, but later for my wife and a friend.
Working on your or your loved ones' immigration case can be long, exhausting and sometimes frustrating. There are moments that anyone could feel overwhelmed by the amount of info, documents and uncertainty in the US immigration laws. One could simply quit and blame it all on the high costs, the firm or something else, but it’s been proven to me, not once but 3 times that if you stick with Ingram, you’ll have a high chance of winning.
The service might be expensive comparing to some other lawyers, but now I know why. And I can assure you, it worth it.

I spoke with Mr. Cron about my case. He is an excellent attorney and very knowledgeable. He also is very patient and takes time to talk to you about your case. I’m happy with the outcome. I would recommend you call Steve Cron and his law firm.

Steve Cron was referred to me with high expectations. He was an extreme disappointment. I felt he was more concerned about collecting my money rather than helping me. He showed up late to ever court date except one, eating milk duds and flirting with every woman he knew in the court room while rubbing elbows with the DA to gain a new alliance rather than going to bat for me. My sentence quadrupled by the time we completed our year worth of court dates. It went from a wobbler to me being sentenced to a felony and 6 months in jail. I asked him to please call two friends once i was taken into custody to give them my information such as my booking number in order to get money on my books, etc...he failed to even do that one small task. Furthermore, he gave me incorrect information on when to start my community labor and more importantly when my probation start date was, so once I was released from custody and showed up to my probation officer I was slapped with a violation for being 2 months late. The entire ordeal was very emotional, he had a tendency of being very condescending and lacked empathy of any sort. I would have been better off going with a public defender and saving my $8,500 which I had to bleed to get.

Sam Israels was incredible, and I honestly wish I had him on retainer way earlier in life. Very organized, punctual, solid communicator. I would gladly refer business his way if I have any friends with legal issues of any sort. He assisted me every step of the way and followed his words with action.
Thanks again!

We have the highest respect and are very grateful for having Steve defend our son in a case where he has charged initially with "assault with a deadly weapon", then reduced to a felony
"assault to cause great bodily harm".
While our son was home for summer break from college , he attended a birthday party at a popular west side restaurant. Late in the evening, an argument broke out, a brawl ensued and four young men had been cut with a knife. The party goer how had the knife admitted to the police that it was his and he was the only person with a knife.
As parents we reached out to a family member who is very well respected Aviation attorney to see if he could recommend the correct attorney for our case.
It was Steve Cron. I called and set an appointment to meet with Steve. He could not have been more kind and knowledgable. He suggested we call our son who was back at school and so we called right then and there! Ben flew down to meet Steve and showed him the location where the brawl took place, in order for Steve to picture for himself what things looked like. How many lawyers would do that? I was impressed.
At two court appointments preceding the preliminary trial, I was again impressed with his interactions with members of the court. I could tell he was both known, well liked and respected by all, including the Judges.
After a day long preliminary hearing, where Steve was calm and professional, asking all the right questions of the witnesses, he moved to have the case dismissed. The prosecutor fired back with a flood of accusations about our son.
Steve, still composed gave four or five statements of facts and conclusions.
THE JUDGE DISMISSED ALL CHARGES AGAINST OUR SON !
We can't say enough about Steve and his assistant Liz. They treated us like family. If you, a family member or friend needs the best legal representation, we would recommend Steve as the man to hire!

Last May I was charged with an aggravated DUI, and Phil and Sam worked an absolute miracle for me!
They negotiated a fair deal with the prosecutor that was the best-case scenario for an extremely difficult case. I was very pleased with the outcome, and so relieved.
From our first meeting, Phil and Sam were incredibly nice and professional. I had the utmost confidence in their abilities and the whole process was completely smooth and pain-free. Their knowledge of the system and legal strategy is top-notch.
I would highly recommend you give these guys a call if you're in need of legal representation. You're not going to find a more qualified firm than Cron, Israels & Stark!
