This is the second time I’ve entrusted in Sina and his staff to assist me with a claim. I got into a hit and run accident and thought I would be on my own to fix my car and pay for medical bills. Sina was able to work magic and get all of my bills covered as well as a large lump sum that was paid out of my own insurance without effecting my insurance rates or driving record. I’d recommend Sina to anyone and everyone. He’s an honest professional and is in the best interest of all of his clients.

Sina helped my wife and I when we got into an accident while she was pregnant. We got rear ended by an individual that was trying to deny that he hit us and gave us false insurance information. We were extremely stressed out and didn’t know how to handle the claim, when we talked to Sina he reassured us that he would handle everything and figure things out with the insurance company for us. He made sure we got the repairs for our car and the medical care that we needed. I’m very grateful, I don’t know if we would’ve received anything if we didn’t have his help. I leased a car that turned out to be a complete lemon (overheating, inoperative A/C, and seemingly possessed radar sensors), requiring 40 days in the shop and four dealer visits. I was connected with Sina through a mutual friend after I was a passenger in a car accident. Sina was quick to explain the full process of a personal injury claim in our first meeting. He helped to make sure I received the health care I needed (physical therapy, orthopaedist, MRIs, etc) and got me back on my feet. I found this practice online and I was really happy with my choice. Without going into detail, I requested a case to be expunged from my record. Emailed them, they obtained basic information - I didn't even have my case # because my previous lawyer was so difficult to deal with. Everything was done through email, and 2 months later, my record was dismissed - not expunged - dismissed! Hart Levin was great in explaining to me the results and I'm really happy that I went through this process with them.

I highly recommend Sina if you're involved in a serious car accident. At the beginning of 2020 my wife and I along with our 3 1/2 year old were returning from a doctor appointment in Santa Monica when out of nowhere a car making an illegal maneuver darted out in front us and there was no time at all to react. We slammed into the car that was now suddenly in our lane sideways and we flipped over in our convertible, landing upside down on the road. My arm went through the window on impact. Unbelievably, my wife and daughter did not sustain injury quite as bad as I had. We never thought we'd be in a accident like what we experienced, everything changed in an instant and it has taken a long time for us to recover. We were turned off by a different personal injury firm we had met with first by a lack of professionalism, and then we found Sina Rez Law.
