Sina and his team are GREAT! They really take care of you through the whole process and really make sure you get what you deserve. The communication was great with his team from the beginning of my case to the end. I cant say enough good things. THE BEST.

I was injured in a car accident back in March of this year and needed a personal injury lawyer to help me handle my claim with the insurance company.  I did some digging on Yelp and narrowed my choices down to a couple firms in the Santa Monica / Brentwood / West LA area.  I ended up choosing Sina Rez Law after meeting with Sina in person. What stood out was that his main concern was always my health and recovery. The driver that hit me had lower coverage, so Sina and Reza (there were two full-time lawyers assigned to my case) were able to collect that maximum from the other driver's insurance and my own.  It ended up being about $10,000 more than what we first discussed.  They told me their goal was to under promise and over deliver, which is EXACTLY what they did! :) I was also really happy that they were able to wrap things up within about 7 months.  About 8 years ago, I unfortunately went through something similar when I was T-boned, so I knew things would move fairly slowly -- 7 months is actually pretty quick compared to my prior experience.  They didn't need to file a lawsuit and my involvement was pretty minimal other than going to physical therapy and my doctors appointments. Thank you guys again for all your help!

Sina's great with texting and email which were my preferred method of communicating. Quick and painless. Thank god i got rid of that death trap of car!

This is my third time using Sina's firm and I will continue to go back if I ever need anything in the future. I was in a car accident about a year ago. Sina helped me get the appointments with the right doctors and also helped get my car repaired quickly. He negotiated very aggressively with the insurance company and the case settled policy limit. First off I want to thank you Victoria ! My case were rocky in the beginning I had a different attorney and Everytime I came to court I felt hopeless, only hearing bad news and walked out devastated not knowing if I’ll be away from my kids ... Some how they end up giving my case to ms.clemans ! From the second she was my attorney she told me nothing but positive things and told me how she’s going to fight this and I won’t be disappointed ! She communicated well with me and was very theral with what she needed to know and what she needed from me. There was never a time she didn’t answer my call ! Long story short ! She did the impossible !!! She got my case dismissed and I’m sooooo sooo thankful ! I don’t know how she did it Because before she was on my case they never said nothing good ! Just bad news every court date !! but my second court date with ms.clemans appearance she got it DISMISSED !! Nice and friendly staff who goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated well. They handled the headache of dealing with a low budget car insurance company, who was trying to give us the run around. They even reduced some medicals which resulted in a bigger settlement for me. No one *wants* to hire a lawyer but if you need to, I’d definitely recommend working with Sina! He educates you on the process, clearly explains how things are likely going to play out, and is really on top of his cases. He stayed in communication with me the entire time (I NEVER had to call or email multiple times to get a response which is rare!) & is level headed so he’s always coming up with smart strategies that get good results! Sina was kind enough to open his office in Christmas Eve so that I could come in to pick up my settlement check. I was involved in an accident nearly two years ago. The insurance company refused to offer something fair, so we had no choice but to file a lawsuit. Sina kept me posted throughout the process, explaining in detail what was going on and what was around the corner. What I liked most was that he was quite aggressive, but also respectful and professional.
