My Mother and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Miller regarding family matters in June of 2018. He and his staff were so warm and welcoming we felt right at home. Mr. Miller gave us excellent advice and didn't charge for it, amazing. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs.

My experience with Paul was exceptional. Paul discussed, at length, my late fathers estate. He was very informative, professional, and a straight shooter. My conversation was well over 45 minutes at no charge.

We finally met Paul Miller in person. After a few minutes discussing our needs, he pointed me to a place where we could create our own durable POA, rather than him making one at his substantial hourly rate. Very nice man, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and by any measure, not in it for the money, if he perceives that a client can do some of their own legal work. Highly recommended!

Paul Miller is gracious, organized/efficient, knowledgeable, and cost effective. We have a complex financial structure and Paul was able to work through it with dispatch and make some very sound recommendations for our current situation and for the future which is of course the reason for developing an estate plan in the first place. This was very reassuring to my wife and I. If you are in the market for a person with the above skills and the proper temperament and demeanor, then you should give this man a call. I am really surprised to see this review. I have been a client as well as many family members having been clients at various times in the last 15yrs. We have always been satisfied by his efforts to resolve all issues with the courts, appointments that we were asking to be set up so we could follow our cases, and at times he would bend over backwards to make all all efforts to satisfy our needs even if he had to come to us. I have referred many clients as well. His clients have been happy with his work and thought it was reasonable. He was always there at court when we expected him and he always made everything clear as to what the process was. I believe who ever wrote this did not know or work with Mr. Spiegelman or was angry because of what ever alcohol or emotional issues in their life. I don't know what other attorney without knowing who would tell a client to slander another attorney. Mrs. Herrera

We needed to update our wills and healthcare directives but didn't know where to start and it all seemed so daunting. A friend recommended we see Paul. He suggested we do a trust and explained why. He also updated our health directives.He made the process so easy and understandable. An enormous weight was been lifted off our shoulders. I highly recommend Paul, he is a pleasure to work with.
