I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to attorney Michael Fiumara who my son was so fortunate to have been highly recommended to consult with in the law firm’s Palm Springs office.   My adult son has never been in trouble with the law until very recently and was so panicked and depressed until he met Mr. Fiumara who put him completely at ease with his extensive knowledge and experience with DUI/ drug law.  Mr. Fiumara went out of his way to help my son in everyway possible so that his criminal case would be handled expeditiously so not to prejudice my son. Mr. Fiumara also arranged for my son to speak with a forensic toxicologist and other collaborating attorneys that work with Fiumara and his law firm. The team effort paid off and on top of that Mr. Fiumara extended a generous professional courtesy or a reduced fee for payment which I was so glad to receive!  Kindness and professionalism goes a long way in my book since I am a traditional mother who lives in a conservative state, Virginia.  I can’t say enough positive things about Mr. Fiumara and his law firm so I feel compelled to give him a 10 Star Review, but I see that I can only go up to 5.  I highly recommend this law firm to anyone else who is seeking legal advice. When school closures became a reality it hit my school without any warning!!! Two schools announced by the School District Superintendent turned out to be just a ruse. Instead a highly populated school of low income and Hispanic children were told that our school was to be closed for next school year. As a member of CTA we teachers activated our right to legal counsel to fight this issue. Michael Fiumara was our assigned legal counsel. As a local union officer I worked with Michael in seeking as much support from the community as well as county. Michael was a wealth of network connections..............to even getting an interview for us on local televison media. It was a lot of hours that Michael put in to save our school. It did close but not without some future issues won. The school district had to provide translators then and future meetings for the non English parent community. They also had to send all notices then and future notices in English and Spanish. It was a sad loss in school closure but Michael indeed helped our community of non English families be respectfully treated!!! Michael Fiumara truly championed our cause to have astounding impact in all future school closures which did unfortunately continue.

Caroline Alexander is an excellent lawyer! Acting as my attorney, I observed she's quick to notice any mistake/typo made by the prosecution. She also has the ability to correctly foresee how others will react to our moves, even when it doesn't seem obvious at the time. Overall, I'd characterize her as being of a very high intellect. But as is often the case with intelligence, her demeanor can come off as "cold"(not to be confused with unresponsive/inattentive), so if you prioritize having a "therapist" over a stellar lawyer, you might want to look elsewhere.
