I know Rick from when we both worked as public defenders. He established a great reputation as a staunch advocate and great negotiator. Years after he left his work as a public defender, he was always mentioned favorably. He's a great choice for a defense attorney.

Attorney Rick Gazipura helped me with my legal troubles to get out of jail, and stay out of jail from a DUI with many priors, to get back to my family and work. He saved me an incredible amount of money. (I know this very well, as I'm the one charged with many DUI'S/PRIORS) He somehow got me the lowest fines and restitution I've ever paid as part of my sentence, unbelievably low.
