The absolute best!

Mr Fakhimi was by far the best criminal lawyer I found after a near one month long search for someone I could trust with my future. He was the best lawyer for hit and run charges in Los angeles, as he knew these laws inside and out and he had a lot of experience with this particular issue. The other party in my case was not really injured but was claiming injuries to get money from my insurance which made my charges were more serious than they should have been. Mr. Fakhimi was able to have those charges reduced and convinced the DA that the injuries were not real. He did not let me down one bit. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

I just can’t say enough thanks to this caring a resourceful lawyer who saved me from the perils of our courts. I had a DUI where the officer accused me of playing games with the breathalyzer machine. I wasn’t playing games, it’s just really hard to blow so hard into those machines! The officer tried to make me do a blood test but I’m so scared of needles. The entire incident made me a miserable wreck for weeks. Mr. Fakhimi and his team challenged my arrest in court and said officer’s procedures were incorrect. My case was dismissed after several months of court. They never quit on me and their price was very reasonable compared to other lawyers I had spoken with. Many thanks for saving me!!! This is the right law office for the job. I strongly recommend them.

First off, let me just say that I’ve had quite a lot of experience with lawyers in my life. Sadly, I’ve almost always been disappointed. I hired Ardalon Fakhimi for a restraining order hearing. Emotions were high and the other side were all unethical scum. I sat next to Ardalon throughout the hearing. I was simply blown away by his skill and knowledge. He was aggressive from beginning to end but in a way that didn’t not piss off the judge. He continuously objected to the other side and pretty much shut them down. He ran laps around the other lawyer. At the end, the judge let him make some closing statements that really sealed the deal -we won!!  This is one very articulate, intelligent and passionate lawyer who cares deeply about the quality of his work. I’ve since referred several people to Ardalon and the two that hired him told me they were just as impressed. Take it from me, it’s hard to find a good lawyer. Ardalon is better than good.

A dispute with my upstairs neighbor turned into a criminal threats situation where I was charged for a felony 422 PC.  My cousin who is a lawyer referred me to Ardalon who told me it would likely get filed in court as a misdemeanor only.  He was right.  On the first court date the charges were misdemeanor level and no felonies.  Ardalon got me a 415 PC, which is a very small offense of making loud noise in a public place.  He also resolved most of my long-term issues with my neighbor.  My professional license was not affected thanks to the professional and tactful way Ardalon handled my case.
