My son was involved in an accident where two cars were totaled, he was arrested and charged with DUI. We called several lawyers and went to two consultations but we were not convinced. We made an appointment to see Mr.Fakhimi and my son and I agreed that this was it. This case lingered for a while but Mr Fakhimi did an outstanding job representing him. It went so well that after court, two different defendants seated in the courtroom approached us in the hallway to ask for his business card. Ardalon helped me get out of a DUI that I got for underage drinking and driving. He was amazing. Honestly he was worth every penny I spent. I got charged with underage DUI, MIP, and failure to maintain lane. I blew a .053 which is obviously a problem since I'm under 21. He got my case reduced, and a year later he got it completely dismissed. Honestly, he saved my future. My daughter was recently represented by Ardalon Fakhimi for a drug DUI & Xanax possession. Mr. Fakhimi was able to get the Xanax charges thrown out due to an illegal search. Subsequently, the DUI was dismissed after lengthy negotiations with the prosecutor. A job well done.

Mr. Fakhimi was hired a little over a year ago to represent a family member who had been charged with a DUI and 2 counts of felony obstruction. After taking my family member's case and reviewing it, Ardalon was able to determine that the stop was invalid. After discussing the case with the prosecutor Ardalon was able to prove there was not adequate cause for the stop. My family member was able to enter a plea to a minor violation. I am a well known trial attorney myself so when i needed to retain counsel, i hired Josh Haffner - the only lawyer in los angeles better than me. Josh has no fear, is very responsive and his work product is top notch. The proof is in the pudding, Josh has obtained some of the most impressive verdicts and settlements in California. Any person who has the chance to retain Josh's services would be wise to jump on the opportunity.

I was referred to Josh and his firm a few years ago by a consulting attorney who received a finders fee but had no other affiliation with my case other then receiving 15% of my settlement. Everything he said seemed to be legit I sent over all my documents as I was suing a large security company (can't give exact name) he reviewed them and took my case. For years he really didn't do much and was fairly unresponsive and almost unreachable. He would always task me with speaking with his assistant who was not helpful whatsoever!!!I never had much communication with them unless I called Josh on his cell phone which he always was "on lunch" and rushed me off the phone in a very insolent manner. I honestly do not know what they did all these years I never heard from them it was impossible to reach them and they never had updates for me. My case was a slam dunk this company withheld wages from me for years and incorrectly paid me when they actually did pay me so much so they have over 10 other pending cases against them. When we did get to negotiations these guys are novice level negotiators one time they said to me "they will only give us this and usually dont pay more then this for these type of cases". ARE YOU SERIOUS?? your job is to at least bare minimum make me whole this company stole thousands of dollars from me ILLEGALLY and that is your strategy? One time Josh even tried to quit and pass me off to another firm, when it was all said and done they ended up only getting me a VERY TINY settlement and then of that tiny settlement they took 3/4 of it. We fought on the phone about it and even when I did give in because I was just going to leave it and not accept it at all they didn't want to give it to me without my social so they held it ransom for that. I have had several lawyers and that has not happened to me. All in all Josh Haffner is the WORST LAWYER I have ever come in contact with and this felt semi-illegal how I was dealt with I could have done this myself and received much better results which is what I was thinking about doing however they persuaded me otherwise wish I would have.

Beyond satisfied with the results I got here. I hired Mr. Fakhimi to handle a DUI case with 2 other criminal charges. He did truly great work on my case and kept pushing the prosecutor month after month until he got me a deal that was way better than i ever expected. This man is not a quitter! And he showed me that he knows just what to do to get his way and he took care of business. I will refer anyone i know to him.

Very pleasant and right to the point Law Business. Love this style of communication. Wonderful staff and very good treatment of client, excellent communication and very fair approach. Very efficient. One of the worse lawyers, crooks I only got 30% of settlement. Never fully recovered and waste of time and money going to appointments.
