Very rude and mean receptionist. Didn't answer questions and was clearly angry to be there, not good first impression

Ive used them twice. I wouldn't say they are the best but they are sufficient. Not the best at returning calls, and someone accidently put my email and name as a case manager, and I was getting a bunch of "wheres my check" emails from clients. It took them 2 weeks to fix the error.

They provided good guidance and follow-up٫Especially Mrs. Souseh who was very responsible and meticulous in following up the issues. Thank you for everything
