My experience with LVDG left me feeling great. From the beginning, I felt like my relatively minor case was treated as if it were a very serious one. While hanging out at my house, I heard a strange knock at my door. The police informed me that I had been a very serious accident and that they knew it was me. I told them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. They told me a tow-truck was on its way to impound my car and I only needed to confess to take care of everything quickly. I continued to tell them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. This took about 3 hours and left me very shaken up. About 2 weeks later, I got a notice in the mail from LVMPD that I was the suspect in a hit and run investigation. This frightened me. How could the police accuse me of this? Are my rights being violated? What’s going on? I knew this was the time to consult a lawyer. I researched the Law Firm that I noticed represented police in previous cases, and that had former police officers on its staff. I knew that this sort of rapport with police would expedite my case, as they would be able to relate to the detective(s) investigating me on mutually understandable terms. Upon meeting with the first of three individuals involved on my case, David Kohlmeier, Case Manager immediately made me feel the full implications of my case. He let me know the potential progress and possible punishments of my case, the benefits of retaining the law firm to protect me, and the cost structure for all of it. Nothing was unclear. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. The next person I met with was In-House Private Investigator - William Simpson who personally investigated on my behalf and spoke to the detective on my behalf to figure out an appropriate time for me to go speak with him, as well as probing for information to give us a clearer understanding of what exactly I was being accused of. After that, I met with my lawyer, and the state completely dropped its case with no tickets or punishments issued whatsoever! Whew! Throughout the experience, all my phone calls were returned with expedience, and everything was explained thoroughly. The diverse backgrounds of the people involved on my case provided a plan that left me feeling like my rights were protected in the way that they should be. I felt like all I had to do was retain them as my legal counsel and let them do the rest. I was supposed to get a huge hit in more ways than one, but LVDG protected me. Thanks LVDG!

Called in and I set up an appointment very quickly. I had great customer service from calling into the law firm and meeting with the case manager. I went to the law office since I had 2 cases that were going on. I want to thank Neil Shouse and the Las Vegas Defense Group for allowing me to come in and getting some advice and help. Shouse Law Group and Karthik Krishnan turned a criminal charge into a traffic ticket. The day I was flying out of LA to move, I was pulled over and arrested, and charged with DUI. I was not under the influence of anything - my breathalyzer was "0". The evidence was police observations of my driving, and the report of a Drug Recognition Expert - DRE - who failed me on part of the Field Sobriety Test and reported I was under the influence of illegal drugs. I do take medications, which I had unintentionally packed and shipped two days prior. I did some research and found out I was experiencing a well-known discontinuation syndrome. And, when more specific UA tests were done, the DRE's report was completely wrong (no evidence of ANY illegal substances). The prosecutor, however, felt the observations of my driving were enough to keep the charges the same. Not after Karthik kept pushing back, even going to the supervisor. While I'd originally been prepared to accept a lesser criminal plea, Karthik got the charge reduced to a simple speeding ticket - with no fine.

I had never ever needed a lawyer before and I had no idea how the system worked. Karthik Krishnan, my attorney put me right at ease so I understood what was going on and I didn't feel stressed about my case. He got my misdemeanor reduced to an infraction and kept me up to date all the way. He was very quick to respond to communication and I couldn't be happier with the outcome or the result. I would highly recommend them and although I hope I don't need them, I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ninaz Saffari is the best lawyer in town. My brother had a difficult case and she got it dismissed. She returned our calls on evenings and weekends in a very prompt manner. She always had a strategy to get my brother the best solution to his case. Ninaz was very proactive, aggressive, determined, relentless, tenacious, and very thorough. I got copies to everything that involved to the case. Ninaz stood up to the judge and DA and she did her best. I will really recommend her to anyone who has a difficult case.

I had a very complicated misdemeanor case. I had contacted 3 different law firms before contacting the Shouse Law Group. Mark was very helpful and answered all of my initial questions, he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had more questions so I could text him if needed.
