I highly recommend my defense attorney Ninaz Saffari. I was charged with domestic violence crimes against my wife which I did not commit. I would NEVER recommend John Murray as an attorney. He’s belittling, laughs constantly at inappropriate times, makes stupid comments as if he gets paid lots of money to do it. My case had a lot of police negligence all of which he said didn’t matter. He wanted to take the easy way out and at no turn did he ever try to help me. All he did was talk to the DA and try to cut “deals” that he thought was my “only option” don’t ever hire this guy. Learn from my mistake because I went and got a real attorney after this experience and my entire case went in another direction that was a much greater outcome. Do not hire John Murray, you’ve been warned !!!

I was charged with vandalism. It was a ridiculous charge but I couldn't afford to have it on my record because I'm applying to be a peace officer. It would have wrecked my career. Mr. Shouse did an amazing job. He met with the District Attorney and the judge repeatedly and finally got them to dismiss the case altogether. I feel that he really understood how important this was for me. Pleading guilty was never an option, and we were both determined to fight it all the way.
