If you hate dealing with lawyers but you need a great one, call Michael Ross. Unfortunately, I've needed lawyers on a number of occasions and it's always the same, self important, never get back to you, keep you wondering what the hell is going on with your case lawyers. Michael Ross is a cut above the rest. His communication skills, which I feel are most important, are amazing. I was never left wondering what the heck was going on. Michael usually reached out to me first to keep me informed of my case. I can't say that about ONE lawyer I have ever dealt with. They all acted like I should be privileged to be in their presence, always forgetting that they are working for me. I was in a lot of pain from my car accident, especially with the head trauma. The last thing I needed was to stress out more over my case. I never had to do that with Michael. He understands that when you're in pain, the lawyer doesn't need to be a part of that pain. Michael worked closely with my doctors and I never had to quarterback my own case, which usually happened. Michael quarterbacked my case and I was shocked at how fast he resolved a settlement. When I did need to contact Michael, he usually answered my call. If he was busy, he would reply with a text and never failed to get back to me. I can't recommend Michael enough to represent you. I know a LOT of lawyers, and I've never known one of them to work with a client the way Michael worked with me. My life is totally different thanks to Michael. Give him a call.

They have been completely unresponsive to our calls. I called last week, and was notified I would receive a call back, and never did. We called again, just yesterday, and I was told I’d receive a call back within 20 minutes, as the attorney was busy on another call. Never received a call back. The least they can do is tell me they cannot take my case, but they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of a 1 minute phone call. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

If there is something I must say about the firm they were great in everything from the beginning to the end of my case. They were always communicating with me through a phone call and emails. And when it came time for my deposition and court appearance they walked me all through it and prepared me (this made me feel confident and helped me from being nervous). At the final deposition my attorney fought for me and I received a settlement with a good compensation. If you are in a need and searching for a firm I highly recommend Vadim Yeremento and his firm.
