Unresponsive. Called me a lot at the beginning but after I submitted my documents they completely vanished. Never responded to my emails or phone calls.

All I have to say is that I’ve had an excellent experience from start to finish with Mr. Ross and his firm, Mr. Ross was very professional and knowledgable. I never had an issue getting in contact with him because it was convenient to get a hold of him either by phone, email, or text, even when he was busy, he would let me know right away that he’d be in touch soon. All my questions were answered thoroughly and if I got confused, Mr. Ross would explain everything in a detailed manner, even if it meant being on the phone for a while.
