B4 U PAY ASK TO SETTLE FOR LESS OLDER THE ACCOUNT THE LESS YOU HAVE TO PAY** *DONT USE A DEBT SETTLEMENT COMPANY * *I'm a retired collections supervisor * So I did a settlement with them on a 4 yr old account but accidentally used the wrong card and didn't know until I seen my credit card statement and they called today being rude and I told the girl 3 diff times I was going to do the payment with her but I had a few questions like when will I get the settlement letter & when will they report it to the bureaus and what would the letter say & every couple words she would over talk me and say so are u gonna pay today (multiple times) after telling her I was!! So since she was rude I said I call back in a few on my break and pay.. I'm not letting her get the credit. That would have been the easiest payment. I worked in collections for years. She needs the call pulled and to be coached. She talked me out of paying with her. I was polite as can be. Her name is Hannah Mason... her manager should pull her calls today. People like her give collections reps a bad name!!!

Trinity S. was incredibly helpful, told me all the details I needed to know when making my payment. Even informed me how long it would take for my receipt to be emailed to me. Very professional and made paying this very easy.

I have been dealing with Bruce Whitney on a matter the last couple weeks and he had gone above and beyond trying to help me on this matter.

Got an out of the blue email regarding a 3 year old invoice which was not even made out correctly to our company, with the wrong name and address We had never received the invoice in 2021 and was never contacted about it We replied to the agent requesting supporting information / the basis of the billing, no reply. A year later, they write again alleging we "ignored their emails" threatening legal action. Based on the above I would not recommend this company

These people are absolutely disgusting. They sent me over to credit wellness when I tried to remove my debt. I paid 300 dollars and then they kept trying to charge me 99 dollars again and again for a subscription I was " required" to have. I have emailed them over and over again, called them and even after the the collections was removed from my account t.. THEY put it BACK on my credit report AFTER I PAID THEM.

Scam artists at its finest.

I called them about a debt I owed. They told me they had to check my credit report then tried to sell me some monitoring plan. This cost a dollar. She ensure me there would be no other charges. I got an email stating I was no enrolled in Standars Scores LLC and I was going to be charged in 7 days after the trial period was over. This was in a recorded line and was scammed. Be careful folks
