"Hi is this [insert name here]' - Yes. "Hi, I need your name to find your file." The brains of these employees must feel as good as new considering they never use them. This company does nothing but harass you and declines to answer questions when you feel unsure of their authenticity. A woman named Jennifer, if that's her name, is extremely rude and was nothing but disrespectful. Get a new job if you cannot handle the pressure of cold calling.

Extremely rude. Before I would speak with anyone I was trying to get minor details of who they were and why they were calling and they were completely rude.

I get a call from this company, so i call them to try figure out whats going on. They ask for my name i give it to them and they say i owe money on a lease for a appartment which i never lived in. I check all my credit cards non have balances, mortgage payments on time no issues. So ask for more info on this Debt and they just hang up on me. Thats not the way to handle business! you explain the issue, thats all i was asking for. The other issue is that they just ask for my name no other info so how do you call somebody and say "you owe a debt" just by having your name and phone number.

Tried to collect money from me for false claim. Gave them documents proving the claim against me was unwarranted. Left several messages and never got response.

Well, here is the deal. I owed the money, it was only 221.28 but I owed it. It was an old insurance bill that I didn't know about. They offered to settle it for 170.00 and that was cool and all but again. I owed the money. So I paid it in full, and the ladies name was Janet. She was super professional and that is very rare for a lot of debt collectors. I think the problem is that people forget that they owe the debt in the first place, and also forget that when it reaches people like Caine and Weiner it is their job to attempt to collect it. Anyways, again the lady was nice, and professional and agreed to get it off my credit right away. So given the circumstances I think they were very reasonable to deal with, provided you take responsibility for the debt in the first place.

Crystal was very helpful. I created the issue by not making a payment and was given incorrect information by the original company. She was able to help get the info clarified and corrected.

extremely extremely rude people Wow I have never been so disrespected I was in the middle of explaining what's going on she directly send me over to somebody else without even saying a word to me and then the other guy yelled at me horrible experience wow. Funny thing is they can't even Pull up my record When I asked to talk to somebody else there is nobody else How am I supposed to pay what I owe if I'm not even in your system but I'm getting letters in makes no sense
