Received a collection notice from this company for a laptop I purchased and paid for. Sent them the statement showing payment for the laptop. They are claiming this is not enough proof. Have talked to my credit card company and the company from which I purchased the computer. All are in agreement the computer has been paid for except Caine and Weiner. Just when I think I have this resolved, it surfaces again. I have lost hours of my life trying to resolve this matter.

I received a bill for $12.30 from an LA Times bill for subscribing to the Sunday paper. The Times must be getting pretty desperate to send such an amount to collection. I was supposed to be paying $0.50 per week, so I find it hard to believe the Times continued to deliver a paper for 24 weeks without payment. What a joke. Every week the front page was about all the poor Syrian refugees and their plight. What about taking care of our own first? That is first and foremost veterans, especially those who participated in foreign wars. It's become so far left, they make old Bernie Sanders look like a moderate.

this company was calling in behalf of pitney bowes .They are annoying and We did pay so if its a scam ill being pretty upset. We did in fact owe pitney but not for the amount stated so we did a settlement which was we really owed in the first place

If it's the same one I've heard from, they are a collection agency that takes on shady contracts. I got a letter out of the blue for $807 for a gym training contract I never agreed to, I actually paid the gym $129 to consult with trainer but I never even did that. I only signed what I thought was a receipt and was never shown or given a copy of a contract. After getting a letter from the collection agency I went in and confronted the guy about it and then.....he produces a contract about 5 pages long that none in their right mind would sign. Totally wrong. People will lie, cheat, or anything to get a dollar. I've been looking into filing criminal charges but it'll wind up being a civil matter. But, I found out that credit bureaus won't post gym membership contract to you because they KNOW most are shady. If a 3rd party collection agency such as Caine & Weiner (extortionist) report you, dispute and tell bureau what it is and they'll remove it.

This place keep calling me with their automated system. 2x a week. I wait and wait..i call them directly to try to figure out the problem and get the run around...voicemails are not returned...and the automated calls continue~~~I don't know what else to do but to write a review and possibly they will read this and take care of this situation. The previous owner of my business had a lot of debt and we get collection calls for them...I could only assume it has something to do with this..but I can't figure it out because no one will return calls or answer calls. reception has not idea who I should talk to and just unloads me on anyone that will answer her page....this has to stop. I am annoyed that I have done nothing wrong and have to actually spend time out of my life trying to get a people that won't return calls....HELP!!!
