I was on mulholland drive heading westbound at nicada drive when a white lexus was trying to make a left turn and collided right into my driver side range rover where i was sitting. My car, as it was a range rover and much bigger than the lexus that hit me, felt like it was going to topple over and I had to make a very fast maneuver to make sure my car wasn't going to topple over.  Because of the impact and the accident and the maneuver I was forced to make, I ended up having a broken wrist and a badly injured neck. I immediately knew something was wrong and I was in a huge pain and my wrist just had so much pain. I was taken to UCLA emergency room after my accident. Even though the accident was not my fault, I was confused about suing someone after the accident but I also knew that I had some injuries that were going to interfere with my life and work and i also was told i would have a pretty long recovery process by my doctor. The Franklin law firm are stellar attorneys. I was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver back in August of 2021. I was driving straight and the drunk driver was on the opposite side of the road and lost control of their car and collided right into my Audi which also forced me into another car. I was terrified, I was hurt and I was just so scared after the accident with just so many emotions of what had just happened. The Franklin team took care of me in every way. From our consultation which was done on Zoom because of the pandemic, I just knew that I wanted them to represent me in my accident case. They were sincere, generous with their time and were really a listening ear after all I had gone through which I still have nightmares about from that dreadful accident. I guess you can say I was hesitant to get a lawyer after my accident because I just didnt know what the process would be after our accident, but something told me to just give some lawyers a call to see about my situation. I won't bore you with all the details in the case, but my accident was a pretty complicated case because it was a multi vehicle accident and no one really knew how this accident all happened. We were on the 110 southbound freeway when we were rear ended by a guy who was driving a truck who was working during the the time of the accident. I was never involved in a bad car accident and now I really know what people are saying when they say a car accident can mess you up because that is exactly what happened with me and the people I had as my passengers at the time and I still feel those effects today. I had a serious neck injury, and my other passengers also had neck and back injuries and knee injuries and I was also just confused about how to get my busted camry fixed for starters. I was in back to back accidents in the span of two months and the Stanley Franklin Firm represented me in both the accident cases! The second accident I was driving when I was rear ended by a chevrolet SUV which caused my car to be basically mangled. The first accident wasn't as bad but still was pretty bad and caused me to have bad neck and back pain. They were able to get me the insurance policy limits of the other persons insurance which was the maximum settlement I could have gotten from my accident cases.
