I have used the Stanley Franklin law firm for several accidents I have been involved in, and most recently, within the last year which has just finalized. One thing remains consistent with this amazing law firm and that is their dedication and commitment to try and get you in the best possible shape, physically, emotionally and financially. My last accident happened to be the worst I was involved in my entire life when a young teenager was speeding trying to make a left hand turn from a small street while I was driving on a main road. My car was totaled, air bags deployed, my back, knock and shoulders were in so much pain and I was just a mess after the accident. The franklin law firm, just like I remembered from my previous accident, went right to work and did everything from getting me a check for my car, getting statements from witnesses at the scene and helping me find the best doctors who could treat me for my injuries, especially because i already had some back issues. Also, after my last accident they told me that I needed to get maximum insurance for myself in the event that I was involved in another accident, which ended up happening. After we settled with the other persons insurance company, because of the insurance they told me to get, I was actually able to finalize my case with my own insurance company and I got a big settlement for what I had to go through in this accident. They really make you feel like family and it’s no wonder after all these years they are still getting and doing the best for their clients. You guys were amazing, yet again!

Without the law firm of Stanley Franklin, I would have been completely lost as to what to do after I was in a chain reaction accident. I was hit from the back of my car, and because I was hit at such a fast speed, it forced me to hit the vehicle in front of me, which then collided into the vehicle in front of him. From the accident scene, I was already overwhelmed and after we exchanged all information, I really didn't know where to even begin. Who would fix my car? How would I get to work without a car? Who would examine me for my neck and back injuries? Who would help me recover money for my lost wages when I was not able to work? Who would get in touch with 5 insurance companies in dealing with this mess? That's where the law firm of Stanley Franklin came in! After the first call (and btw, I called other law firms and never got in touch with an attorney right away), they basically answered all these questions and took this stress away, right away. I was able to get everything done virtually (we met online several times through Zoom) and I was able to get my case started without ever having to leave the comfort of my house. Car was in the process to be fixed fast, all the insurance companies were off my case and was just about me getting the right doctors to help me with my injuries from the accident. At the end, they ended up getting me the most amount of money we could have gotten from the insurance company. Car fixed, check. Nuisance from insurance companies, stopped. Back to health with an awesome settlement is a cherry on top! Thank gd for Josh and his team!! They saved me at my lowest!!! So grateful I have them!

The fact that I am here today, able to write this review, sitting here after my long recovery and my injuries from this horrific accident is nothing short of a miracle from God. It was last September and I was a passenger in my best friends car sitting in the back seat after a night out with two of my best friends. We were listening to music, enjoying the drive back home with each other, laughing when we were driving straight at the intersection of Woodman Avenue and Riverside Drive in Sherman Oaks, California when a man who was drunk and must have been going 80 miles an hour struck us on the left side, exactly where I was sitting in the back. When they say “I saw my life flash before my eyes,” I really didn't know what that meant until that night, when I was literally on the verge of death. From the scene of the accident, I was immediately taken to Sherman Oaks Hospital where I was diagnosed with a right scapular body fracture, a compression fracture of my spine, multiple lower back fractures as well as multiple rib fractures and internal bleeding. I was given the highest dosage of pain medication and because Sherman Oaks Hospital was not a trauma hospital, I was transferred to Northridge Hospital. I ended up spending a week in the hospital in bed, unable to walk and my mom stayed with me at every second by my side. Following my initial hospital course I slowly was able to regain function through aggressive rehabilitation. Living was an absolute nightmare, to put it softly.  Because of the accident and also my college courses just starting a couple weeks before, I was also forced to withdraw from my classes, take a medical leave of absence from school and advance in my studies and was unable to go out with friends, and basically for a couple months lived a very low key life at home while trying to recuperate, both physically and emotionally from the accident. The same way that I thank God everyday for giving me a second chance at life, I also thank God for being represented by the franklin law firm and what they did for me. My mom had been referred to franklin law office and while I was at the hospital, unable to get up and move, they comforted me and told me everything would be okay. They always communicated with me or my mom, told us about important dates in our case, told me I would get the justice I so desperately needed and actually delivered and when it came time to settle my case, got me the highest amount of insurance money they could have in this case. I had each of the the lawyers personal cell phone numbers, they helped me navigate the case with the district attorney of the person who hit us and I always felt I had the best protection and justice on my side when I was represented by them. It is hard to describe that feeling when you feel so vulnerable, at such a hard and difficult time in life, when you feel like you have nothing, and all you want is protection and safety. That is what the franklin law firm did for me – they made me feel protected and safe after all I went through and prepared me for every step of my case. Just like me after experiencing what I experienced with a drunk driver doing this to me, they also took the case personal. Without them, I would have been lost and I consider them to be the silver lining throughout this entire situation.

So far, I am so happy with my experience with this firm and it was from god that someone recommended me to them! I was in a really bad accident when I was hit from behind at a really fast pace in stop and go traffic. I was so shaken up from the accident that I could barely speak, was so nervous and shaking and I had so much pain in my entire back and shoulders. The highway patrol came to the scene and took statements from us and I and my mom tried to get everything done myself after the accident, but I was just too nervous and overwhelmed to deal with everything. Right when I called them, they really took care of everything for me and got my insurance company to tow my car from my house, getting a rental car set up so i can still drive to and from work and getting me to a doctor that really took care of me literally within 48 hours of signing with them. I must have called more than 5 times for consecutive days and they never made me feel like I was asking for too much or too much of a burden. I look forward to how my case will be handled while at their law firm and I look forward to the day when I will hold a settlement check as one of their happy clients! (My car is the blue Scion and the car who hit me was the Fusion).

I was in LA in an UBER when we were hit from behind by a young driver who admitted he was looking at his cell phone when the accident happened. I had a lot of pain to my neck and back and started to develop really bad headaches that just refused to go away. My boyfriend suggested I use the Stanley Franklin Law Firm as they had decades of experience and apparently really understood the intricacies of an UBER case. They helped me tremendously and were with me all the way through from the start to finish. I wish I hadn’t been in the accident all together, but using them made the situation much more manageable and way less of a burden.

I had to write a review for the time Josh from this law office spent with me on the phone about a civil lawsuit I have currently with the help of my current attorney. I was contemplating transitioning to a new law firm and unfortunately Josh's firm does not handle my kind of case. He was kind enough to ask thorough questions to direct me to the right place. He spent his valuable time to help me by educating me about the questions I had. And he also told me the truth to help me in the long run about being patient and giving my current law firm time to help me versus transitioning to a new law firm that handles my kind of case. Feels good to experience a professional firm that actually cares to help versus feeling like another number. I cannot recommend them enough! Legit life saver ! I was in unbearable pain after I was involved in a rear end accident in my brand new Tesla. I literally only had it for a month. They knew the best place for Tesla and it saved me so much time as many places don’t even work with Tesla. My car was fixed and looks literally like new. They were professional, responsive and got me a great settlement that I really did not expect to get. I liked that they listened to my story, being that i am a physician associate and as this accident really affected my work, were able to get me maximum compensation for my case.  They are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend them if you ever in a car accident.

I was visiting from miami when i was involved in an incident involving a lyme scooter. I was very impressed by the way they asked me questions and investigated my case.
