Elizabeth Tresp is a rare find. After the IRS told me I owed taxes from a prior year, Elizabeth reviewed my taxes in detail and discovered the opposite. In fact, by amending my return, the IRS and California owed me money instead. She then found other deductions I was entitled to but my accountant had missed in earlier years. Her effort and the results were beyond what I could have hoped for!

Ms. Tresp was kind enough to come to our home in Encinitas since my wife is disabled. Our estate plan needs were unusual due to the special needs issues we have, and our complex family situation. We engaged Elizabeth Tresp, Attorney at Law, to prepare a Heggstad Petition for a property in our Trust. During our consultation, my sister and I felt Attorney Tresp was very professional and knowledgeable. We were confident that she would do her very best to get the petition approved. After about three weeks, I was informed by her law firm that the Heggstad Petition was approved by the judge. This was great news and I am extremely grateful that I engaged Attorney Tresp. I retained Ms. Tresp as a replacement for existing attorneys due to some complications with them. I can only say that I wish I had found her earlier!! The matter involved my Aunt's Trust and a feud between two beneficiaries as to which would receive disbursements. Being unable to get the prior attorney to "move" it along, among other concerns, Ms. Tresp was a fantastic relief. Her fees are very, very reasonable and appropriate, and to tell the truth, I was happy to pay them because she immediately did what was necessary. My hat is off to her and her entire firm - kudos!
