David really knew the law and was straight forward with me in what to expect. He always gave me worst and best case scenario and where I stood. He provided everything promised and more. Was really very pleased with him and will use him in the future :)

I hired David to represent me for my excess of 100mph speeding ticket. He guided me through the whole process, kept me informed throughout, and did all the things which he believes would increase my chance of winning my case. The officer did not show up and I won my case! Thanks David!

Unfortunately, our son has had his fair share of tickets. While we certainly do not advocate going through life without consequences, we did not want our son to lose his drivers license. He has been going through a difficult time and had even dropped out of college. After talking with Mr Barzaga, he consoled us by explaining he'd had other clients who went through the same depressive phase. He was a great comfort to us saying good people make poor choices and he was confident that our son would learn from this experience. The second thing that Mr. Barzaga did that was of great comfort was keep in constant communication through emails and even texts; especially since we live 650 miles away. His fees are very reasonable and best of all he won our son's case. Since his speeding ticket was for 98 mph, our son would have not only had a very large fine, but I'm sure he would have lost his license considering his driving record. Because of Mr Barzaga's expertise, he was confident that both the helicopter pilot and chp would not show for the hearing. His experience proved right; neither officer showed and the case was dismissed. We can not thank Mr Barzaga enough for representing our son and for helping us through this experience.

I hired Mr.Barzaga to represent me in Sacramento Traffic court. The worst of all traffic courts! No love is given in that courthouse. I had a 100mph plus speeding ticket on my motorcycle. The airplane chp got me on that one. Theres no getting out of that ticket. I even had a prior consultation with a diffrent law firm that recommended i just plead guilty. Take the $2200 dollar fine and 30 day suspension from the dmv. I just couldnt do it. Mr Barzaga advised me that I had no choice but to fight the ticket. Given the punishment and the fact that Id lose my job if i lost my license. Well, I was still found guilty. I expected that much. But I was only fined $1750 instead of $2200. Best of all David fought for my license and i received no suspension.. Talk about miracles... Thank You Mr.B.!!!! Your The Man!!!!

We hired David a month and a half ago and he was very good at communicating his concerns and decisions. He was able to get our violation dismissed and that was awesome. We would definitely use him again in the future.

I had a couple of outstanding warrants in Yolo and Sacramento County for driving on suspended license because I have to drive to work to support my family and with David's knowledge he was able to reduce the punishment and get me in a Driving School Program for People with Suspended License issues.
