There is a reason this place has such a Great rating!!! We had some issues with our vehicle (2015 Nissan Altima) which required 3 different transmissions. I thought it was worth a shot to see if we could do a lemon buy back, and contacted the Law Offices of Jon Jacobs. From start to finish, no matter who I was in contact with, they were thorough, informative, and very attentive to our case. They were extremely easy to get a hold of, and were in constant communication every step of the way thru the case. In the end, they were able to negotiate a great deal with Nissan which we were very pleased with! We had originally purchased our car from California, but recently moved to Arizona, and they even figured out all the back end needs to get our turn in done locally, verses having to drive back to the California dealership we purchased our vehicle from. If anyone is looking for a great law office to assist in a lemon law issue, I would recommend this place 1000%!!

This firm helped me with my Dodge Ram EcoDiesel lemon buy back. It costed me nothing and they explained every step. They were available for questions always and all correspondence and submission of documents was done electonically. I never had to travel to sign things except to turn in the truck in exchange for a check. I netted more than I possibly could have by either using it as a trade in or trying to sell it on my own (which would have required disclosure of its problems). I highly recommend using their service if you have a need.
