As a consumer who had an issue with new vehicle, I didnt know what the best route to go was or who to trust. I came across The Law offices of Jon Jacob's and worked with the Temecula office. We had bought 2016 Mercedes GL450 in 2017. With in few weeks we had issues with transmission and harsh downshifting. We took our GL450 back to the dealership several times and they were giving us the run around stating that the problem had been fixed but the problem still existed. We found this law firm on yelp in late 2018. We started our case, they collected the facts and the whole process was very smooth from start to finish. My husband purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala in 2015 with 13,000 miles. We have been Impala owners since 2004. We had purchased GM last 3 Impala models. So we really know how Impalas run. At about 30,000 miles I began to have issues with the car such as brake issues. I live next door to the GM dealership so our car is always maintained. At about 60,000 miles the car started losing power steering. The dealership attempted to fix the issue 5 times but was unable to. Very happy with the time the case took, they settled very fast! I recieved what I paid cash for my Chevy Volt and can still keep my car! The staff was great! Attorneys Chad David and Rene Dupart along with the manager Lina were very professional! Definitely recommend coming to them if you have a lemon!

So for me I have been dealing with my lemon for a year haven’t seen the car in over a year an these people were extraordinary, they worked with me the whole time an when I couldn’t get a hold of them they would talk to a family member of mine just so we could get everything resolved they have mad patience specially dealing with me I live in a rural area an barely get service an I’m 6 hours from my lender so trying to get anything from them was impossible sometimes but Lina an Lisa were very patient with me lol Lina is amazing went above an beyond to help me.
