Great job. Had a 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge. The problems just wouldn't stop with this car. They started with only 4,958 miles on the odo. Volvo was not responsive to me. Lina did a great job reassuring me. I signed up with Lemonbuyback. They experienced the same frustration I did with a non-responsive Volvo. However, Nic filed the case to get them on a stop clock and finally, problems all solved. Definately would you them again, but hopefully will never need to. Great job.

Back in May 2023 I received my brand new custom ordered Ford F450 after a long 8 month wait. 2 weeks later and with 400 miles on the truck while headed out for a family vacation, the truck left my family and I stranded on the side of the road. I have a Polaris RZR that had a recall and stop ride notice. They didn’t have a fix and the car could catch on fire. Very easy process, told them what I had gone through with my recall and no repair available, and unable to use and Lina and Nick guided me through the process. A settlement was reached that I was happy with, very quickly and hassle free. Had a 2018 Ford F150 that was a problem so I contacted Jon Jacobs and they took the case. The entire process only took about 3 months and Ford took the truck back thanks to the team that Jon has put together. I made a call to Lina of Lemon buy back and when she took my call she made no promises and she would look at my paperwork.
