Not helpful

We used Meinzer for revision of our 27 year old trust, an involved and complex undertaking. Fortunately, the firm's skeletal proforma agreement provided a solid backbone and great guide for the process, while Eric the lawyer took us through a thorough and understandable paragraph by paragraph review as we selected numerous optional provisions. Heavily favoring simplicity, we defaulted to omission of a number of provisions until Eric explained to us in clear and simple English the situations in which those provisions would be valuable. Disclosure: Andrew Meinzer is a neighbor and friend, for which we are glad and grateful.

Over the years both of my parents remained satisfied loyal clients of Mr Andrew Meinzer, and now, after their passing, my wife and I continue to place our trust and loyalty in his very capable legal hands. He and his proficient, reliable, and trustworthy staff were there to help me with all the complex legal, financial and property- related matters associated with my parent’s deaths, and for that I remain deeply grateful and appreciative. Mr Meinzer and his staff recently played an inadvertent, completely unexpected role in the healing of my family. In short, he informed me of my legal obligation to notify my three adopted siblings (whom I hadn’t seen in fifty years) of my parents’ passing, specifically that their trust had converted from a revocable to an irrevocable trust. This obligation prompted me to gift each of my adopted siblings a specific sum of money which resulted in the reopening of doors of commutation and heart to heart relating that had remained closed for decades. Who would have known? I only wish my parents had been able to partake of this healing, spearheaded coincidently by Mr Meinzer. When the time is right I will most certainly refer my own children to Mr Meinzer for his legal counsel and support.
