Hi today I had a court date for SSAI hearing where I went in front of a judge with one of the attorneys from the law office of James Dolenga. Their law office kind of fell in my lap. Through a third party their office was appointed to me. The last few months I had been going through some tough times and felt like I just didn’t get as much of information to their law office as I should have. So I was a little nervous today for the hearing. Today I met Jim Lang from their office for the first time. This lawyer made me feel right at home. He was very professional and had all of my medical records which we went over before we went in front of the Judge. I believe the hearing went very well. We needed an attorney that specialized in Family Trusts & Wills, because my ex-husband needed to get his affairs in order rather quickly. First I have to say they David Chesley is a hard worker I came to him with a monitor on my ankle an he said he was going to get it removed and he did. Second I came to him with a felony and told him I wasn't taking any pleas an he got it dismissed I am definitely satisfied with his work an will always recommend him. David was my second paid lawyer on case and thankfully he actually did his job.

This atty was retained and trusted to act on my behalf in providing information to me in order to make the best informed decisions regarding my ch13 as well as help me determine which would be best between a ch7 & ch13. My school loans could have been discharged if he'd have sought that on my behalf. He quit a third of the way through the plan and charged me for extreme expenses. For what little information he provided, a ch 7 would have sufficed and been less expensive; yet he chose to suggest the ch13 causing additional years of stress and money to be paid that could have resulted in my failing to complete the plan. He consistently provided erroneous information. I would not recommend this attorney as he is not as well versed in bankruptcy law as he should be.

My family member got arrested in LA and I was starving for advice and a good direction to help him.
