Kirk is very personable, patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and thorough. Prior to filing our claim - Kirk was easy to work with, patient with me when I was in error on a certain matter. After the paperwork process & meeting of creditors - I was amazed on how short our meeting was - all because of Kirk's thorough work. Some other people who met prior to our meeting experienced a great deal of difficulty (making us a bit nervous) because their lawyers weren't as thorough.
